At Boots and Hearts Music Festival your safety and enjoyment is our top priority. We are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience within a secure environment. For any medical emergencies, locate the nearest medical tent or contact a staff member immediately. We encourage everyone to stay alert: if you see something suspicious, please report it. We work closely with local law enforcement and public safety officials to maintain a safe environment, and we count on you to contribute to our culture of respect and vigilance.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

If any ticket holder does not comply with our laws, mandates, event terms, conditions, or rules, the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue, and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.

Guidelines

Please Review Our Guidelines: 
Below, you will find essential guidelines that help uphold a respectful and secure atmosphere. Familiarize yourself with these rules, as they are crucial for everyone’s well-being and safety. 

  • ALL are welcomed at Boots and Hearts – please treat fellow festival attendees, volunteers, and event staff with respect.  
  • No person shall impede the enjoyment or safety of others. Intimidation, including verbal, physical, discriminating behaviours, or sexual harassment will not be tolerated on festival grounds.  
  • Any person(s) found fighting or threatening other festival attendees or staff will immediately be evicted from the event without a refund.  
  • Everyone is required to wear a wristband for the duration of the festival. No individuals will be allowed to enter any portion of the venue without a wristband. Trespassers will be evicted and/or prosecuted. Wristbands are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between individuals. 
  • Only individuals 19+ with a valid government issued ID are permitted to consume alcohol responsibly on the festival grounds.  
  • You must have physical proof of valid identification when purchasing and consuming alcohol on the Entertainment grounds. Valid identification must be current, government issued, and include a photo of the individual and their valid birth date.  
  • Any individual(s) under the legal drinking age found in possession or under the influence of alcohol will be subject to eviction from the event without a refund. 
  • If you drink, do not drive. It is as simple as that. Explore this section for information on safe arrival and departure options. 
  • Public indecency or defecation anywhere on the event grounds is prohibited. Any individual(s) found engaging in acts of public indecency or defecation will be immediately evicted from the event and festival grounds without a refund. 
  • No glass, weapons, or projectile objects are permitted on festival grounds. Any items that can be used to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods are strictly prohibited.  
  • Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be subject to a criminal investigation and immediately evicted from the event and festival grounds without a refund.  
  • There is no tolerance for the possession of items that promote hate or discrimination. This includes, but is not limited to, Confederate flags, clothing with gang affiliations, and any items bearing messages of hate. Such items and those displaying them will be removed from the festival grounds at our discretion. 
  • Any person operating or riding in a motorized vehicle in the campgrounds or any roadway, (except for use when entering or leaving for the day) is subject to immediate ejection from the event without a refund.  
  • No open fires or flames are permitted on the grounds. For propane and cooking appliances please see camping rules. Oro-Medonte Fire Department reserves the right to alter any of these guidelines based on local bans and weather conditions.  
  • No amplified sound systems on campgrounds. 
  • Zero noise starts at 2:00 AM each night in the campgrounds. We ask that you do not disrupt nearby campers.
