CAMPING, HOTELS & PARKING
If you enjoy camping and a good time, this is the perfect pass for you. Campsite sizes will be roughly 20’X20’ sq. ft. and allow for one steering wheel-vehicle per site. If you’d like to bring a second car (truck, SUV, minivan or other standard vehicle), you’ll either have to purchase a second Campsite or a Day Parking Pass.
Tent Campsites are priced per car, not per person, so you can save money and reduce your carbon footprint by carpooling! The maximum number of people per site is six.
Accessible Camping is available. Note: To qualify for an Accessible Campsite, upon arrival you’ll need to provide a valid accessible parking license plate, placard or hang tag.
TENT CAMPING PLUS
Want a bit of extra room? Opt-in for our biggest tent site available — Campsite Plus. At roughly 25’X25’. sq. ft., Campsite Plus options are over 200 sq. ft larger than Regular GA tent Campsites. They’re also located closest to the festival main gates.
Let the party begin! Each RV Campsite will be roughly 20 ft. x 50 ft., with a maximum of eight people per site. An RV Campsite is required for every RV entering the campgrounds (think of it like a wristband for your vehicle). Tents can be set up if they are within this space, and any slides or awnings must also fit within this designated site. RV Campsites include space for one steering wheel.
The following vehicles are considered an RV, and every RV entering Burl’s Creek requires an RV Campsite Pass:
One (1) “A, B or C” class motorhome, truck bed camper, etc.
One (1) vehicle plus one (1) towed unit (tent trailer, pop-up trailer, travel trailer or 5th-wheel trailer)
No RV? No problem! RVezy provides an unforgettable RV experience, so you can camp in luxury on site. Just imagine yourself RVing in the heart of the festival: You’re sleeping comfortably, you’ve got extra space, can cool down with air conditioning, refrigerate your food — and drinks… need we say more?
We’ve partnered with Curadora to help you find your hotel accommodations during Boots & Hearts 2018. Sleep in a real bed and enjoy first-class hotels, delivering maximum comfort, deluxe rooms and tremendous service. Sit back, relax and enjoy your festival experience in comfort and style.
Live close by and want to drive in each day? Parking is available. The Day Parking Pass will grant you one parking spot in the Day Parking Lot, starting at 3pm Thursday afternoon and 10am Friday-Sunday until the end of the festival. You cannot enter on Thursday before 3pm. You may NOT sleep in your car or camp next to your car. If you plan to bring a vehicle larger than a standard 15-passenger van, or would like to camp next to your car, you will need to purchase an RV Campsite Pass or a Tent Campsite Pass.
There is also Accessible four-day parking available.
